If you and your horse don't get along, you can always sell 'em
Human trafficking on the other hand is against the law. Sorry, as much as you'd like to sell your twilight-crazy little tweener, you can't.

Reason 1
You can geld the young males (colts)
It's completely acceptable.... and encouraged, to nip those little buggers off young, before trouble starts.
Try doing THAT with your 13 year old son.

Tick Tock Tick Tock
Who's afraid of that baby clock?
This blog is for those of you out there, like myself, who can't wait for that alarm to just go off already! The monthy "ticking" is interfering with my riding, dammit! For years and years, well meaning family and friends have encouraged me to leave my horses behind, find a nice guy, settle down and have children....
That. Will. Never. Happen.
My children have 4 hooves, long hair and live in the barn.
So I've started a list to refer all those concerned people to, counting all the reasons why Horse Are Better Than Children.
Each day... or when I've been exposed to more children than I can handle.... I'll post another and we'll watch them add up. Feel free to chime in with your reasons as well.
